Fremont proclaims Park and Recreation Month

At the June 18 Fremont City Council meeting, July was proclaimed Park and Recreation Month in Fremont.

Fremont Parks and Recreation offers a broad range of services, activities and programs for all ages and interests. Recreation programs include kid camps, academic classes, sports activities and leagues, art, music, dance, and cooking classes to name a few.

The Recreation team also manages all park facilities and rentals including Aqua Adventure Waterpark, community centers, sports facilities and picnic areas. The Park Maintenance Division strives to provide safe, healthy, and attractive green spaces for the enjoyment of Fremont’s residents.
