Fremont Art Association is excited to feature Barbara Cronin as the guest artist at its General Meeting and Art Demo on Wednesday, August 5 from its gallery in Niles. In this demonstration, Barbara Cronin will show several ways to play with color on a gel plate, a surface on which you print paper with acrylic paint one unique print at a time.
Cronin is a former board member of the Fremont Art Association and resides in Fremont with her husband and many cats. She has been gel printing for 10 years. She also has extensive experience in mediums such as watercolor, ink, colored pencils, knitting and bookbinding. She holds a degree in photography and previously worked as a technical illustrator for an engineering firm.
