Monday, April 6
• At 2:10am Officer C. Torres responded to a hit-and-run injury collision near Cherry Street and Dairy Avenue. An 18-year-old male subject was arrested for hit and run, driving while intoxicated and resisting a peace officer. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
Tuesday, April 7
• At 1:57am Officer Diaz-Perez responded to a battery reported near Cedar Boulevard and Newpark Mall Road. A 33-year-old male was arrested for domestic violence and false imprisonment. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for further processing.
• At 5:11pm Officer Cervantes responded to a disturbance reported near Balentine Drive and Cedar Boulevard. A 56-year-old male was arrested for trespassing. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Wednesday, April 8
• At 6:30pm officers conducted a pedestrian stop near Baine Avenue and Cherry Street. A 22-year-old male was arrested for vandalism, an outstanding warrant, violation of probation and possession of a firearm and ammunition. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Thursday, April 9
• At 8:36pm Officer Felix responded to a battery reported near Cedar Boulevard and Joaquin Murieta Avenue. A 44-year-old male was arrested for battery, weapons violation and resisting arrest. The individual was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
Friday, April 10
• At 3:35pm Officer Herrera investigated a vehicle burglary and brandishing of a firearm reported near Balentine Drive and Stevenson Boulevard. Stolen items were recovered on scene, and the incident is pending further investigation.
Saturday, April 11
• At 2:56am Officer Benjamin conducted a welfare check near Newark Boulevard and Thornton Avenue. A 37-year-old male was exhibiting signs of being under the influence of alcohol. The individual was arrested for disorderly conduct and was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
