The Fremont Art Association cordially invites the community to the general meeting and art demo featuring guest artist Wei-Ting Chuang on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 1pm via Zoom.
Celebrate the spirit of the autumn harvest through the rich traditions of East Asian brush painting. Working with ink and color on rice paper, Chuang will demonstrate how expressive brushwork and layered washes can evoke the quiet beauty of the season—drawing inspiration from pumpkins, seasonal flora and autumn birds.

Wei-Ting Chuang is a California-based painter and educator specializing in East Asian brush painting, calligraphy, watercolor and plein air work. Her art bridges traditional Asian brushwork with the vibrant light, landscapes and culture of California. A decorated artist, Wei-Ting’s accolades include Best Historical at the 2025 Suffolk Plein Air Festival and the Best of Black Ink Painting Award from the Sumi-e Society of America.
