Tuesday, May 5
• Officers responded to a robbery at a department store at the Fremont Hub. A subject stole a pair of shoes and battered loss prevention personnel as he exited. Officers located the subject, finding him wearing the stolen shoes and also in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The subject was placed under arrest.
Wednesday, May 6
• Officers responded to a single-vehicle injury collision on Montclaire Drive. A driver collided into a sound wall and had minor injuries. The driver showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest.
• Detectives responded to a business on Warm Springs Boulevard to arrest a subject with an outstanding warrant. During a search of the subject’s residence, detectives recovered child sexual abuse material on the subject’s devices. The subject was placed under arrest.
Thursday, May 7
• Officers responded to a report of domestic violence at a Sundale Drive residence. A subject battered his wife, then jumped the backyard fence into another yard. Officers located the subject hiding in a nearby yard. Upon contact, the subject fled from officers but was detained with the assistance of an FPD K9. The subject was placed under arrest.
• Officers responded to a burglary at a residence on Linaria Circle. A neighbor heard glass breaking and noticed a subject entering. The homeowner was inside and heard the subject downstairs. The subject fled before officers arrived.
• Officers responded to a grocery store robbery on Fremont Boulevard. A subject stole alcohol, placing it in a backpack. As he was leaving the store, an employee confronted him and attempted to retrieve the backpack. The subject threw a bottle and struggled with the employee, then fled on foot with the backpack. He was located by FPD Real Time Information Center personnel. Officers contacted the subject and placed him under arrest.
