The main draw in Fremont for July Fourth is the parade and after party taking place the morning of; there are other events through that weekend.
July 2
Drone Show
Following Fremont’s Concert in the Park series, the city and Fremont Bank will hold a special crone show for America 250th. The drone show will start at 9pm and last approximately 15 minutes. Parking lots near the event are expected to fill up early.
July 4
Veterans Open House
Veterans and their families are welcomed to visit fellow veterans of American Legion Post 837 at Niles Veterans Memorial Building (2nd Street and E Street). The hall will be open from 12:30 to 3:30pm with music, drinks, snacks and pizza.
Old Fashioned Independence Day
For Fourth of July, Ardenwood Historic Farm will hold a fun-filled community festival, 1900s style, with music, games and activities. Bring a picnic or grab a bite from a food vendor. $10 general / $8 seniors / $5 children
Red, White & Boom Fireworks and Concert
Milpitas will hold its annual fireworks and concert on July 4, starting at 5pm at Milpitas Sports Center. The event will have a DJ, activities and food trucks, plus live music from Mercy & The Heartbeats and MarchFourth. Tickets: $11 general / $8 presale.
