Fremont Art Association is happy to feature Elena Mukhina as the guest artist at its General Meeting and Art Demo on Wednesday, May 6 live from its gallery in Niles.
Mukhina is a local artist who creates unique and captivating flower art work from leather. During this demonstration, Mukhina will introduce the materials she works with and present the creative process behind her leather artworks—from the initial sketch to the finished decorative element.

Participants will have an opportunity to observe how delicate openwork forms are created from leather using a combination of artistic design and handcraft techniques. Participants may also be invited to create a small decorative element together.
