The Fremont Chamber of Commerce has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2026 Burger, Brew & Bourbon Festival.
This decision was not made lightly. The festival has long been a valued community event, bringing together local businesses, restaurants and residents in celebration of Fremont’s vibrant food and beverage scene. However, after careful evaluation, it became clear that current financial and operational conditions would not allow us to deliver the level of experience our community expects and deserves.
Rather than moving forward with an event that may fall short of its standard, the chamber has chosen to pause this initiative. We believe in executing with excellence, impact and intention— and we will not compromise that commitment.
As the chamber transitions into new leadership, we are taking this opportunity to thoughtfully re-evaluate past initiatives and ensure they align with the current needs of our business community. Our focus moving forward is clear: to invest in programs, partnerships and events that create real value for our local businesses and strengthen the overall economic ecosystem of our city.
We remain firmly committed to our mission: to promote, support and enhance a positive and thriving business environment for our community.
