Ohlone College kicks off LatinX Heritage Month with deep gratitude for the contributions of its LatinX students, staff, faculty and leadership.
Nancy Navarro-Leça, Co- Chair of the Latinx Recruitment and Retention Committee, reflected on the importance of this event and LatinX Heritage Month, “Our goal is to ensure that every LatinX student feels a strong sense of belonging here at Ohlone College. We are committed to creating a familia that supports student success, both academically and personally.”
The LatinX Recruitment and Retention Committee has been instrumental in promoting equity and inclusion across the campuses and community. Their dedicated efforts to recruit and retain LatinX students continue to create a vibrant and engaged learning environment.
