This summer, prepare to be enchanted as StarStruck Theatre proudly presents a captivating youth production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Bringing together the talents of 35 young performers, and a live 20-piece orchestra, this timeless tale will unfold on the stage at The Smith Center, Ohlone College from July 19 – August 4, 2024.
Beauty and the Beast tells the story of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, a prince trapped in a spell. As Belle discovers the humanity within the Beast, audiences are reminded of the importance of inner beauty and compassion.
Under the skillful direction of Lori and Courtney Stokes, our cast of talented young actors has embraced their roles with enthusiasm and dedication. From the spirited Belle to the mysterious Beast, each character is brought to life with heartfelt performances and a deep understanding of their roles.
