The City of Fremont is continuing to perform community outreach for Fremont’s new Active Transportation Plan, which is currently being developed. This is a great time to learn about the Plan’s development and share what kinds of walking and biking projects and programs are most important to you.
You can provide input on project and program priorities through the survey at www.my.fremont.gov/active-transportation-plan/surveys/phase-3-survey and location-based input on the proposed bicycle network and pedestrian priority areas through the interactive map. The deadline to provide input is Friday, June 28.
The Active Transportation Plan Team is planning an open house event this fall to share the draft plan with the community and receive additional feedback before it is presented to the Fremont City Council for review and adoption this winter. Stay tuned for more information.
