For the first time, Fremont Ghost House begins with a choice of two different pathways. Will you choose FEAR or NIGHTMARES? It’s the first of the chilling surprises we have waiting for you in Candle Lighters Ghost House HOUSE OF FEARS, where you’ll face an assortment of phobias. Celebrate our 55th year of fear, all to benefit local nonprofits, starting Saturday, October 12!
Work crews have been busy building the game booths, while creative members have been designing and building the House of Fears themed rooms, and the food booth, popcorn stand, caramel apple booth, photo booth, games, and store. The Ghost House is family friendly with Good Fairies available to take younger, less brave, visitors through the house.
The Candle Lighters raise money solely through our annual Ghost House. Open during the last two weeks of October and based in a historical 19th century Carriage House, the Ghost House is a wonderful family-oriented event for all ages!

Open Daily October 12 – 30, 2024
Monday – Thursday: 6pm – 9pm
Fridays: 6pm – 10pm
Saturdays: 3pm – 10pm
Sundays: 3pm – 9pm
Closed Monday, October 14 and Monday, October 21.
