The California Grizzlies Running Club, which practices in Fremont and Castro Valley competed at the Youth National Track & Field Championships this summer and recently returned home with eight runners being crowned All-American — top 8 in the USA!
Among them were:
7th grader Liam Tassa: 800 meters: 2:02; mile: 4:32
8th grader Harish Paschapur: 800m = 2:06; mile: 4:42
5th grader Vihaan Sharma: Mile: 5:16; 3000:10:55
8th grader Charlene Evangelista: 3000: 10:25; 2k Steeple: 7:40
7th grader Rosalind Fennelly: Mile: 5:20; 3000: 10:46
8th grader Hannah Zhang: 4×800 relay: 10:22
7th grader Dylan Fogt: 4×800 relay
8th grader; 8-time National Champion Ava Padilla: 800: 2:12; mile: 4:55
