I am honored to represent California’s 14th Congressional District, and I am asking for your vote

this November to continue serving you.

This district raised me. I grew up in Fremont, spent part of my childhood in foster care, and learned how much it matters when someone listens, shows up and follows through. I carried those lessons from the Hayward City Council to the California State Senate and now Congress. I am the first woman with lived experience in foster care and the first Afghan American elected to Congress, but the most important part of my story is the community that made it possible.

Families across our district are working hard but still struggling to keep up. Housing costs are putting homeownership out of reach and pushing longtime residents from the communities they helped build. Groceries, utilities and health care consume too much of every paycheck. People deserve safe neighborhoods, strong schools, reliable transportation and a responsive government. These are the concerns I hear at home, and they guide my work in Washington.

My priorities are clear: lower costs, build affordable housing, protect and strengthen Social Security, defend reproductive freedom, support good jobs and small businesses, and help children and families before a crisis becomes a tragedy. Health care should be a right, not a privilege. Since taking office in Washington, I have co-sponsored Medicare for All legislation to help ensure everyone can receive quality, affordable care. I will also defend voting rights and the freedoms that allow all of us to shape our future.

I believe in working with anyone willing to solve a problem. In the State Senate, I worked across party lines to protect children and hold government accountable. I will bring that same approach to Congress while standing firm on our district’s values.

Being your representative means being accessible. I want to hear from everyone in our community, including those who did not vote for me. I am proud to be a daughter of this district, and I would be honored to earn your vote for a full term.

In the Navy, we live by a commitment to leave nobody behind, and I believe our communities should live by these same words. That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to service as a Union City Councilmember, Navy Reserve officer and housing leader.

My grandparents were sent to Japanese-American internment camps during World War 2. Their history grounds my commitment to protecting immigrants across California who are being targeted by Trump and ICE.

As a Vice-Mayor and County Housing Authority Chair, I’ve helped make it easier to build affordable housing, secured funding for homelessness services, expanded public transit and supported renters.

I’ve served in an intelligence role in the Navy Reserve and graduated from Harvard Law School. I’m also an elected Democratic Central Committee member and interned in the Obama White House.

Today, my wife–a public school teacher and union member–and I are raising three kids in the community we call home. Our two oldest attend the same public school where my wife and I first met as kids, giving us a personal stake in the future of our schools and opportunities available to the next generation.

I feel a strong sense of duty to my family, community, and state. Too many Californians are living without a real chance to get ahead, without shelter or struggling to afford groceries, make rent or buy a home. We must do better.

That means lowering the cost of housing, utilities and groceries; achieving universal healthcare and childcare; raising wages and protecting workers. It means fully funding our public schools; and preparing communities for wildfire and climate threats; and standing up for our immigrant families, fighting ICE’s abuses, and taking on Trump to protect our communities and defend our freedoms.

I’m proud to be endorsed by the California Democratic Party, Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte, and over 100 elected officials, labor organizations, Democratic Clubs and community organizations.

I would be proud to earn your vote. For more information on my campaign please visit: electscott.com

I’m grateful to have served as your Assemblymember for the last six years.

Together, we’ve secured over $84.6 million in investments for our district (including funds for Newark’s new Resource Center & Fremont’s new central park community center) and got 42 of my bills signed into law.

As Chair of the Legislative Progressive Caucus, I’m proud to lead the fight to build social housing, establish universal healthcare, combat climate change, defend everyone’s civil rights (especially LGBTQ+ families, trans folks, and POC), uplift our unhoused neighbors, support immigrant families and root out corporate special interest money from politics.

We all know the truth: it is becoming way too expensive to live in the Bay Area.

Corporations and their billionaire executives have squeezed every tax break out of us taxpayers while profiting from skyrocketing rents, home prices and essential goods. I’ve been consistently leading the fight to tax the rich and fight against corporate greed.

Since day one, I have rejected all campaign contributions from corporations because I am accountable to you, not the corporate interests. Above all else, I believe in the integrity of our democracy—that the government should serve all people, not the rich and powerful.

I’m running for re-election to continue the fight against a fascist federal regime, fix the housing crisis and rein in corporate greed. Humbly, I ask for your vote to continue representing you.

Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Trustee, Area 3

Mark Fay
No statement submitted

Wendy Huang
My name is Wendy Huang, and I am running for Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Trustee, Area 3, representing South Hayward and Union City.

Community college changed my life. As an immigrant, mother, wife and minority woman, it gave me an affordable pathway to the American Dream. I transferred to UC Davis, built a successful career in high tech and raised two sons who also began at community college before transferring to UCLA and UC Berkeley.

I am running to protect that opportunity for ALL STUDENTS.

Addressing Today’s Student Challenges

Students today face real challenges getting the classes, counseling, financial aid assistance and career guidance they need while struggling with the costs of textbooks, transportation, food, childcare and housing. Working students and parents also need flexible evening, weekend, online, hybrid and in-person options.

I will advocate for:
• Timely Access: Ensuring required courses are available when students need them to graduate or transfer on time.
• Stronger Transfer Pathways: Seamless transitions to four-year universities like the UC and CSU systems.
• Future-Ready Programs: Expanding career training, apprenticeships, skilled trades, STEAM, AI and workforce partnerships that prepare students for the jobs of tomorrow.

Fiscal Accountability and Community Focus
Affordability must go hand in hand with accountability. I will work to ensure taxpayer dollars are spent effectively for student success while protecting financial aid and classroom seats from waste and fraud. Every dollar lost to waste or fraud is a dollar unavailable to a real student.

I will also pursue available state funding and partnerships for affordable student housing without raising local taxes.

As a retired high-tech professional and real estate investor, I will bring practical leadership, fiscal oversight, and real-world experience to the board.

Representation and Commitment
For nearly 30 years, I have called this district home. I will bring my experience and determination to serving our diverse community.

As a Chinese American woman, I would make history as the first woman of my heritage elected to Chabot-Las Positas.

Community college changed my family’s life. I want every student to have that same opportunity and a fair chance to succeed. VoteForHuang.com, Co*******@*****ge.email

Harris Mojadedi
Incumbent Trustee

As a proud product of Union City’s public schools, a first-generation college student and the son of Afghan refugees, I know firsthand how public education transforms lives. Growing up in a working-class family taught me that education opens doors, creates opportunity and strengthens communities. That belief guides my service as Trustee for the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District.

Representing Union City and South Hayward has been an incredible honor. On the Board, I have advocated for increased state funding, strengthened student support services, championed accessible and inclusive campuses, and worked with district leadership to safely restore in-person instruction following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Chabot College and Las Positas College are engines of opportunity. They offer affordable pathways to degrees, career training and economic mobility while preparing our regional workforce and supporting local businesses. For many working-class, immigrant and first-generation students, community college is where their dreams begin.

Yet students face growing challenges. Rising housing costs, food insecurity, transportation barriers and a changing economy threaten their ability to succeed. We must ensure students have the resources not only to enroll, but to thrive and graduate.

If re-elected, I will focus on four priorities:
• Student Success and Affordability: Expand academic support, financial assistance, mental health services, and basic needs resources.
• Workforce Development: Build stronger partnerships with employers and labor organizations, preparing students for good-paying careers and emerging opportunities in technology and artificial intelligence.
• Equitable Transportation: Advocate for affordable, reliable transit options that connect students to our campuses.
• Student Housing: Pursue innovative partnerships to address housing insecurity and rising living costs.

I will continue fighting for adequate funding, protecting public educational opportunity and bringing together students, educators, workers and community partners to strengthen our colleges.

I would be honored to earn your vote on November 3 and continue serving Union City and South Hayward. Learn more at harrismojadedi.com.

New Haven Unified School District Board Member, Area 4

Shruti Kumar
I am Shruti Kumar, a parent, physics professor, and your New Haven Unified School District

Board Trustee. I am running for reelection because I believe every student deserves a school where they feel supported, challenged, and seen.

Union City has been my home since 2005. My three sons have attended New Haven schools, and I began volunteering in our classrooms in 2009. Since then, I have served as a room parent, an Art Vistas docent, offered free math and physics tutoring, and mentored young people through Scouting. As a professor at Mission College, I see firsthand how the opportunities students receive in school shape their confidence and their futures.

On the school board, I have worked to make those opportunities more accessible. I helped expand middle school Spanish, introduce Math Olympiad across the district, and bring Speech and Debate to our middle school students. I advocated for earlier distribution of high school schedules to reduce stress for students and families. I helped advance a partnership with Cal State East Bay for automatic admission and dual enrollment. I have also raised practical concerns from families and staff, from traffic flow near schools to the everyday spaces employees need to do their work.

I believe good governance begins with listening. Through regular school visits and monthly “Chat With Your Trustee” office hours, I stay connected to the people affected by board decisions. I ask questions, follow up, and work with others to find solutions.

In a second term, I will keep focusing on strong academics, student well-being, opportunities beyond the classroom, responsible stewardship of district resources, and meaningful partnerships among our schools, families, colleges, and community. My experience as an educator, parent, volunteer, and trustee informs every decision I make.

I am grateful for the trust this community has placed in me. I would be honored to continue serving New Haven students and families. Every decision I make is guided by one question: What is best for students?

Our community deserves a school system that champions safety, innovative learning and fiscal responsibility. As your candidate for the School Board, I am committed to executing a vision that modernizes our classrooms while establishing an environment where every student thrives.

First, we must aggressively build private and public sector funding partnerships. By removing bureaucratic hurdles to accepting external corporate and community investments, we will secure the vital capital needed to fund comprehensive, paid teacher professional development and upgrade our learning spaces through our regional occupational centers.

Second, student and staff safety is non-negotiable. Drug addiction among youth is a deep pain point for parents, especially given federal data showing that over 1.6 million middle and high school students nationwide vape. In fact, nearly 75% of youth tobacco users rely on e-cigarettes. I will champion a completely drug-free environment by installing specialized smoke and vape detectors in school bathrooms. Furthermore, we will enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, ensuring everyone feels secure.

Third, we will fully modernize our classrooms for the Age of Ideas. Students love hands-on learning, and we will channel that energy by launching dedicated computer hardware, assembly and robotics workshops. Teaching children how to bring dead hardware back to life sparks their natural interests and shows them exactly how to execute their creative concepts.

Finally, we must proactively reverse our declining school enrollment and bolster institutional ratings. California recently faced an accelerating public school enrollment drop of nearly 75,000 students—a 1.3% decrease that directly impacts state attendance funding. Achieving long-term enrollment growth requires strategic, systemic goals. By offering top-tier technical programs and ensuring campus safety, we will raise our academic ratings and make our district the premier choice for local families.

Being a New Heaven Unified School district student parent and spouse husband I ask for your vote to build a safer, better-funded, and future-ready district.

New Haven Unified School District Board Member, Area 5

Deepti Garg
School board decisions are not abstract. They shape the classes students can take, the support teachers receive and how safe children feel when they walk onto campus. That is why I am running for the New Haven Unified School District Board.

As an NHUSD parent, I have watched my two daughters grow through James Logan High School, including one who is now attending UC Berkeley. I have also worked as a substitute teacher and served as Chair of Union City’s Human Relations Commission. Professionally, I manage complex cybersecurity programs and multimillion-dollar budgets. These experiences have taught me the importance of listening, asking difficult questions and following through.

1) Strong Academics and Opportunities: Our schools should challenge students who are ready to advance while providing meaningful support to those who need extra help. We must support excellent teachers, maintain strong programs, and prepare students for college, careers and life.
2) Safe and Welcoming Schools: Every child deserves to feel safe, respected and included. That means addressing bullying and discrimination, maintaining emergency preparedness and ensuring that investments in campus safety actually work.
3) Fiscal Responsibility and Transparency: With enrollment changing, responsible long-term planning is essential to protecting classroom priorities. Parents deserve clear information about actual class sizes, and taxpayers should be able to easily track Measure N projects, including spending, timelines and progress.

I believe a school board’s responsibility is to set priorities, listen to families and educators, oversee public resources, and hold district leadership accountable for results. Good intentions are not enough. What matters is whether decisions lead to meaningful improvements for students.

I would be honored to serve our community and bring a parent’s perspective, independent judgment, and a commitment to accountability and follow-through to the New Haven Unified School District Board.

Francis Rojas
I am running for the New Haven Unified School District Board because I believe our schools are the heart of our community and the foundation of our future. As a lifelong Union City resident, James Logan High School graduate, parent of two New Haven students and a career educator, this community has shaped who I am. I am ready to give back through experienced, thoughtful and student-centered leadership.

I have dedicated over 25 years to public education—as a science teacher, student activities director, vice principal and principal. I spent 16 years serving James Logan High School before becoming principal of Milpitas High School, Santa Clara County’s largest high school and later the founding principal of Emerald High School in Dublin, building Alameda County’s newest high school in 50 years from the ground up. My experience includes leading large, diverse schools, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and construction projects, expanding academic and career pathways, supporting teachers and staff and building partnerships with families, businesses and community organizations.

I am also a three-time UC Berkeley graduate, earning my bachelor’s degree in Biology, master’s degree in educational leadership and Doctor of Education whose research focuses on Culturally Responsive School Leadership in diverse communities. But my qualifications are grounded not only in professional experience—they are grounded in my commitment to Union City. I have served our schools, church, nonprofits and community organizations, and today I experience New Haven schools as a parent.

My vision is centered on four principles: Equity, Excellence, Community and Stewardship. Every student should belong, have access to opportunity and receive what they need to succeed. We must provide excellent schools that prepare students for college, career and life; rebuild trust through listening, collaboration and transparency; and responsibly manage taxpayer dollars so resources reach students and classrooms.

I will bring an educator’s experience, a parent’s perspective and a community member’s commitment to the Board. I respectfully ask for your vote for Dr. Francis Rojas, New Haven School Board, Trustee Area 5. Students first. Community always.

Alameda County Water District Director, Ward 2

Judy Huang
My first priority as your ACWD Director is to provide safe, reliable, and affordable water for our community. I fought for transparency and fairness in our rates which are now the lowest in the Bay Area amongst independent retail water agencies. I support rewarding efficient water users and will streamline our District operations to further reduce costs. Under my leadership, ACWD constructed desalination and PFAS treatment plants that ensure you receive the highest quality water in the District. I will secure local water supplies and encourage conservation to improve our ability to withstand droughts, reduce our reliance on imported water, and minimize impacts of climate change to our community. I helped secure millions in grants to preserve our water rights and protect the environment including our Alameda Creek Fish Passage and our Clean Energy Project. I championed investments to improve our earthquake resilience and invested in our infrastructure, including our water main renewal program. As a Licensed Professional Engineer and UC Berkeley graduate with over 30 years experience in environmental and water engineering, I have the technical and financial skills to effectively represent you to the District. With your support, I will use my experience and knowledge to ensure ACWD continues to provide affordable, reliable, and high-quality water for our customers.

My accomplishments:
• ACWD rates are the lowest amongst independent Bay Area retail water agencies.
• Instituted PFAS testing and construction of PFAS treatment plant ahead of regulations.
• Expanded desalination plant to ensure low-cost, high-quality local water supply.
• Completed seismic retrofit program and implemented main renewal program to improve reliability.
• Implemented Help-On-Tap and Crisis Assistance Program to support our most vulnerable customers.
• Completed Alameda Creek Fish Passage to secure local water supply.
• Expanded our rebate programs to help customers reduce water consumption.

Jason Miguel
I am currently a water resources engineer with the Santa Clara Valley Water District. I assist in ensuring Santa Clara Valley District pipelines are protected. I work with various cities and contractors to protect the pipeline infrastructure in Santa Clara County so that service is not disrupted. My experience will help in the mission of Alameda County Water District of providing you with reliable, sustainable, high-quality water.

Throughout my career I have worked for various government agencies such as the City of Newark, City of Fremont, City of Stockton, UC Merced and currently with the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Public service has been instilled in me since I started working with the City of Newark’s Recreation Department. Additionally, I serve as a Fire Commissioner serving Alameda County District 2 on the Alameda County Fire Advisory Commission.

Like you, my bills increase all the time. It’s a never endless loop of you rarely getting raises while our bills continue to increase. As your next Director, I will do what I can to make sure those rate increases do not further dig into your wallets.

As ACWD Director, I would promote repairing and replacing aging pipeline infrastructure to continue the mission of providing you with reliable and quality water. Some of ACWD’s pipelines are old and need to be addressed. As ACWD Director, it’s critical that any upgrades are seismically sound. By delaying this action, this can result in costly repairs which would trickle down to you.

Join me on Nov. 3, 2026, to ensure ACWD protects our water resources to better serve you in the future. Contact me at Ja********@***il.com or visit the website: jasonmiguel4acwd.com.

East Bay Regional Park District Director, Ward 3

Joseph Grcar
A Focus on Responsible Park Management

Joseph Grcar, a retired laboratory scientist and candidate for East Bay Regional Park District Director in Ward 3, is campaigning on a message of fiscal responsibility, accountability and practical park management. Grcar says the Park District should carefully examine out-of-range cost increases, waste and ineffective spending. He has also raised concerns about the long-term financial obligations that can follow the purchase of additional parkland—particularly when the Park District has not identified sufficient ongoing revenue to maintain, operate and police that property.

For Grcar, protecting East Bay parks also means paying attention to how existing parks and trails are managed. He has identified conflicts between different types of trail users on narrow paths as an issue requiring attention.

His broader approach is to examine public spending carefully, ask what taxpayers receive in return, and consider the continuing costs of decisions—not just their initial price.

What Grcar says he would focus on:
• Responsible spending: scrutinize unusually high-cost increases and questionable expenditures.
• Long-term affordability: consider maintenance, operations and public-safety costs when evaluating new land acquisitions.
• Effective use of taxpayer money: look for waste and ineffective programs or projects.
• Trail management: address conflicts created when different recreational uses share narrow trails.
• Accountability: bring greater financial and management scrutiny to Park District decisions.

Joseph Grcar’s documented campaign positions emphasize a straightforward question for Park District decisions: Can the District afford not only to acquire and build, but also to maintain, operate and manage what it owns? Adequate funding for maintenance is at the heart of complaints about facilities and cleanliness.

With no incumbent, the Ward 3 election will give voters in Castro Valley, Fairview and portions of Fremont, Hayward, San Lorenzo and Union City an opportunity to choose their representative at the Park District for the first time in many years.

Rebecca Lewington
For the last 30 years, East Bay Regional Parks have been part of my life. I’ve hiked the trails, walked my dog, ridden my bike, taken thousands of photographs and spent countless hours enjoying the open spaces that make the East Bay such a special place to live. Now I’m running for Park District Director, Ward 3, because I want to help ensure those parks remain healthy, welcoming and accessible for future generations.

I live in Hayward’s Fairway Park neighborhood and like many of us, I rely on our parks for recreation, community and the opportunity to clear my head after a frustrating day. Few things improve your perspective like a long walk in the hills.

I spent 30 years as an engineer and communicator in the IT and semiconductor industries—building products, building teams, building consensus and translating complicated problems into practical solutions.

That’s the job of a Board Director: listen carefully to stakeholders, weigh the evidence, explain the decision honestly and act with integrity—always.

Ward 3 is home to many of the District’s most popular parks, including Garin, Lake Chabot, Don Castro, Cull Canyon, Quarry Lakes, Ardenwood, Vargas Plateau and the Hayward Shoreline. My priorities are to maintain safe and welcoming parks, support the employees who make our parks work, improve connections between parks and transit, expand access for people of all backgrounds and abilities and strengthen the District’s preparedness for wildfire, drought and climate change.

I strongly support the Park District’s mission to balance conservation, recreation and education while protecting the natural beauty and ecological health of our public lands. I believe our parks should welcome everyone, whether they experience them on foot, by bicycle, on horseback, with a camera or with a dog determined to inspect every smell along the trail.

I am honored to have earned the support of current Park District Directors, State Assemblymembers, labor organizations representing Park District employees, local elected officials, environmental advocates and community leaders throughout Ward 3.

To learn more about me, please visit rebeccalewington.com. I would be honored to earn your vote.

William Yragui
East Bay regional parks are among our greatest public treasures. They protect open space, provide opportunities for recreation, and bring nature within reach of millions of residents. Preserving that legacy while preparing for wildfire, climate change and future growth requires experienced, accountable leadership.

My name is William Yragui, and I am running to represent Ward 3 on the East Bay Regional Park District Board. My priorities are clear: protect open space, make parks safer, cleaner and more welcoming, improve wildfire preparedness and climate resilience, and ensure that district decisions are transparent, financially responsible and responsive to the public.

I have spent years working on these issues as a conservation advocate, Search and Rescue volunteer, Sierra Club leader and co-founder of Mission Peak Conservancy. I hike East Bay trails every week and have documented trail conditions, reviewed environmental reports and public records and worked with residents, public agencies and elected officials to advocate for practical improvements.

I bring more than three decades of business-management experience to the board. As a business owner and president of Venture Commerce Center, I have established priorities, reviewed budgets, managed finances, served customers and helped organizations navigate difficult conditions. I hold undergraduate degrees and an MBA.

My campaign has earned the support of Ward 3 Director Dennis Waespi, five of the seven district directors, former General Manager Robert Doyle, all five Hayward Area Recreation and Park District directors and Democratic clubs in Hayward, Castro Valley and the Tri-Cities.

Our parks must remain protected, accessible and well managed for generations. I’m running to provide the practical, collaborative leadership this responsibility demands. Please review my website for more detailed information at yragui4EBRPD.org. I deeply appreciate your support and vote.

East Bay Regional Park District Director, Ward 5

Bruce Henry
As Chair of the East Bay Regional Park District’s Park Advisory Committee—elected by my peers—and endorsed by the Fremont Firefighters and Alameda County Firefighters Association, I bring proven experience collaborating with residents, local agencies and park staff to protect our open spaces, expand safe trail access and enhance public safety throughout our regional parks.

I enjoy our regional trails every week—hiking, mountain biking and walking my dog—and I know firsthand how vital these natural spaces are to the health, character and quality of life in our East Bay communities. Managing our regional parks effectively for current and future generations requires both passionate grassroots community involvement and rigorous, professional organizational oversight.

I offer a unique balance for park governance: the perspective of a weekly park user, four years of active EBRPD advisory leadership, deep community roots and over 30 years of business experience, including 17 years at Coca-Cola and 16 years at Clorox managing major accounts. Having previously chaired the Park Advisory Committee’s finance subcommittee, I know how to translate large-scale strategic planning, operational accountability and corporate financial discipline into transparent public management. I will ensure our tax dollars are spent efficiently and wisely.

When elected to represent Ward 5 across the communities of Fremont, Newark, Sunol, Pleasanton, Livermore and Dublin, my priorities will be:

• Access: Increase safe trails for all users
• Safety: Wildfire mitigation
• Conservation: Protect our parks, open spaces and trails
• Recreation: Support Family-Friendly Park Experiences
• Accountability: Spend our tax dollars efficiently

With four years of hands-on district leadership and a proven record of collaborative service, I am ready on day one to protect our open spaces and deliver professional, responsive and accountable park governance. I respectfully ask for your vote to bring strong financial oversight, balanced leadership and dedicated advocacy to the East Bay Regional Park District Board of Directors. For more information, please visit brucehenry4parks.com

Olivia Sanwong
From Brushy Peak to Mission Peak, re-elect Olivia Sanwong for East Bay Regional Park District. Deeply rooted in this community since childhood, I am honored to serve as your elected representative and Board President. My promise: to protect our land, water, wildlife and open space because time in nature restores us all. First-term governing achievements: securing $10,000,000 wildfire prevention funding; advancing wildfire-resilient Vegetation Management Strategy; restoring Shadow Cliffs Lake and grassland ponds; and expanding Alameda Creek Watershed environmental education. We opened Patterson Ranch (300 acres) at Coyote Hills; Iron Horse Trail Bridge at Dublin Boulevard, improving public safety; Tyler Ranch (2,844 acres, 18 miles trails) and Valle Vista mountain biking flow trail at Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park. I am a UCLA-educated mathematician and MBA with 15 years civic leadership; 12 years with East Bay Regional Park District since appointment to Park Advisory Committee; and 9 years governing in elected office, responsible for approving budgets, accountable to the public as a fiduciary—first as Zone 7 Water Agency Director (2018-2022), then East Bay Regional Park District Director since 2023. Vote Olivia Sanwong so I can continue my work resolving issues with the Del Valle kiosk and Mission Peak restrooms, and open Doolan Canyon and Garms. This work requires multi-jurisdictional thinking where partnerships matter as much as policies. Endorsements include: AFSCME Local 2428, Sierra Club, Assemblymember Alex Lee (Fremont, Newark, Sunol), Mayors Sherry Hu (Dublin); Raj Salwan (Fremont), John Marchand (Livermore); Michael Hannon (Newark), Jack Balch (Pleasanton).
