County Supervisor David Haubert’s office celebrated Women’s History Month at the Fremont Washington Township Veteran’s Hall, with a luncheon and a room filled with amazing women leaders, innovators, and changemakers. And more than that, a room full of women who support each other, open doors for others, and help the next generation believe they may have a seat at the table.
Fremont Mayor Raj Salwan and Supervisor Elisa Marquez partnered to greet and welcome guests. “I sincerely thank guests for spending time with us, the Fremont Drum and Dance for entertaining us, and keynote Pam Isom, Founder and President of ICE Safety Solutions, for inspiring all of us,” was Supervisor Haubert’s heartfelt closing.
Supervisor Haubert expressed his gratitude to the event’s co-sponsors—Supervisor Elisa Márquez, Republic Services, Banter Bookshop, and the HERS Breast Cancer Foundation—all of whom are deeply committed to supporting the community.
