Alameda County agencies, hospices and advocates Get The Most Out of Life with a professional exchange

ALAMEDA COUNTY, Calif.
-- Alameda County Behavioral Health Services Agency and Alameda County Health Care Service Agency’s Getting The Most Out of Life Project partners invite you to attend a dynamic Professional Exchange forum, on on November 8, 2012 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m., featuring a dialogue between medical professionals, hospice and long-term care providers.
Featured speakers include Dr. VJ Periyakoil, Stanford University; Dr. Aaron
Chapman, AC Behavioral Health Care Services; and Dr. Barbara Beach,
Children’s Hospital and George Mark Children’s House Co-founder.
The program will also include a panel of hospice providers and advocates from
throughout Alameda County. Dr. Sheria Freedman, Director of Pallative
Services at Highland Hospital will moderate.
The engagement will be held at Grandview Pavilion, 300 Island Drive,
