Stage 1 Theatre and Ohlone Summerfest present ÒRock of AgesÓ at OhloneÕs Smith Center Amphitheatre this July. Go back to the day of classic rock bands with big egos playing big guitar solos and sporting even bigger hair! This Tony Award-nominated musical features the hits of many well-known bands including Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister and more!
In 1987, an aspiring rocker named Drew Boley works as a busboy in a Hollywood bar/club called the Bourbon Room, owned by Dennis Dupree and assisted by Lonny. Drew convinces Dennis to hire Sherrie as a waitress, and the rest of this rockinÕ romance? You will just have to see the show to witness the whole story!
