Celebrating Niles history

Submitted By Lila Bringhurst

You are invited to an unveiling celebration of the ÒStation Platform and Sculptures at Niles StationÓ on Saturday, April 9. This final piece of artwork complements the train sculpture, water tank and mural that honor the train and film history of Niles. The sculptures are created by Mario Chiodo of Chiodo Art Development; train platform is designed by Kurt Hereld and built by Don Gottfredson.

Because of the lack of onsite parking, please park at the Vallejo Flour Mill Historic Park at the northeast corner of Niles Canyon Road and Mission Boulevard, and walk south across the bridge to the apartment complex.
