The free homebuyer workshop is designed to provide new homebuyers and move up buyers an educational and support program to help consumers achieve successful, sustainable homeownership in this rapidly changing housing market. At the workshop, potential homebuyers can find out if they pre-qualify for a loan, even if they have yet to find a property. In addition, prospective homebuyers may preview featured homes available for sale in local neighborhoods.
