Accepted the low qualified bid and awarded contract contingent upon receiving performance and payment bonds for restroom replacement site work at San Lorenzo Community Park. Appointed Director Paul W. Hodges, Jr., to the Hayward Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Board, to fairly represent HerdÕs interests involved in the dissolution activities within the scope of required duties.
