February 12, 2013 > Arjav Rawal wins COIL Charter School Geographic Bee Arjav Rawal wins COIL Charter School Geographic Bee Submitted By Trish Harman-Murray Fremont student, Arjav Rawal, a 5th grader at the Circle of Independent Learning (COIL) Charter School won the school-level competition of the National Geographic Bee held on January 9, and a chance at a $25,000 college scholarship. The school-level Bee, at which students answered oral questions on geography, was the first round in the 25th annual National Geographic Bee. This year's Bee is sponsored by Google. Way to go, Arjav!
