December 18, 2012 > Water District holds informational meeting Water District holds informational meeting Submitted By Frank Jahn The Kaiser Fish Screen and Shinn Pond Diversion Pipeline projects are scheduled to begin in the spring of 2013 with construction lasting approximately one year. "These projects will improve water supply reliability and prevent juvenile steelhead trout, a protected species, from being trapped in groundwater recharge ponds," said Robert Shaver, ACWD Assistant General Manager.
