October 23, 2012 > Halloween Mini-Carnival Halloween Mini-Carnival Submitted By Joni Jen and Young Leaders Team The Young Leaders Club from Olive Children Foundation will host a Halloween Mini-Carnival as part of its October Community Service Project. This fundraiser event will support a group of high school students and families who are going to build homes for disadvantage families in Tijuana, Mexico during the Thanksgiving break. Those with children aged 2-12 are invited to drop-in for traditional carnival games and homemade treats! Tickets can be purchased at our website, ticket sales at the event. It is a very special opportunity for our young leaders to give back to their community by supporting an event for other children, while raising funds for a good cause. It has also been heartwarming to receive prizes for our carnival from local businesses. We would especially like to thank Hilltop Gifts, Fresh Berry, Jamba Juice, and Cold Stone Creamery in Fremont, as well as Golfland in Milpitas, for their generosity.
