She will oversee all aspects of culinary service for the residents of Emeritus at Atherton Court, which cares for people with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and other memory-impairing diseases through its Join Their Journey program. A former owner of Cafe Dolce in Walnut Creek, Javier has more than 25 years of dining services experience. Prior to joining Atherton Court, Javier was the store manager of Panera Bread in San Ramon.
