It is recommended to have a yearly flu vaccine because it is the first and most important step in protecting against flu viruses. As a service to our community, St. Rose Hospital, Hayward, will offer free seasonal flu vaccines for adults 18 years and older. No appointment necessary. Offer good while supplies last.
