The award marks the second straight year Fremont Bank has been honored for its strong commitment to employee growth and development. The Bay Area Top Workplaces award is given to companies based solely upon the opinions of employees. Participating employees are given an independent survey in which they are asked to rank their employers on company conditions, direction, execution, career path, managers, pay and benefits. Nearly 400 Fremont Bank employees responded to the survey. "At Fremont Bank, we strive to ensure our associates are rewarded for their hard work and given every opportunity to succeed," said Fremont Bank President Andy Mastorakis.
