March 20, 2012 > Voyage at the Mission Voyage at the Mission Music at the Mission presents "An Invitation to a Voyage" at old Mission San Jose in Fremont. The program will feature violinists Karen Shinozaki Sor and Ertan Torgul, Rhonda Bradetich and Ray Furuta on flute, pianist Aileen Chanco, Chad Kaltinger on viola, cellist Michael Graham, and Bill Everett on bass. The program includes John Corigliano's "Voyage," Brahms' "Violin and Piano Sonata no. 1 in G, op. 78," Jennifer Higdon's Piano Trio and Schubert's Quintet "The Trout." The concert begins at 8 p.m. but will be preceded by a pre-concert talk at 7:15 p.m. General admission tickets are $25, and $20 for students and seniors, and can be purchase online at www.musicatmsj.org.
