Stanford professor to speak at Temple Beth Torah

The Brotherhood group and Education department of Temple Beth Torah are co-hosting a "Speaker's Event" with Professor Ari Y. Kelman, the inaugural Jim Joseph Chair in Education and Jewish Studies at Stanford University's School of Education.
All interested community members are welcome to attend this multi-media presentation on the morning of Sunday, March 11. Admission is $12 for the General public and $8 Seniors. A light breakfast is also included.
Professor Kelman comes to Stanford from the University of California at Davis, where he established himself as a leading scholar of contemporary Jewish life, with an emphasis on media, ethnic identity, and American religious culture. He has authored three books about American Jewish life and culture.
