February 3, 2012 > Transition Information Night Transition Information Night The Third Annual Transition Information Night for high school students with disabilities (and their parents) will be held on February 8, from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., at the Teen Center located in Central Park in Fremont. During this event, representatives from a variety of community agencies and schools will provide information to help plan next steps after high school. Making good decisions requires having information and by attending this event, you can accomplish that first step. Hope to see you there! Light refreshments will be served.
