January 24, 2012 > Newark General Plan community meeting Newark General Plan community meeting By Terrence Grindall A Community Meeting to discuss the enhancement of the Newark General Plan will be held February 4 at the Community Center, 5501 Cedar Blvd. The General Plan serves as the "constitution for development," it guides the future development of the City. At this meeting there will be a presentation of the findings of studies that have been ongoing for the past few months, a summary of input received thus far, and an opportunity for citizens to provide input. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
