December 30, 2011 > HARD Citizens Advisory Committee vacancies HARD Citizens Advisory Committee vacancies The Hayward Area Recreation and Park District (HARD) is now accepting applications from interested residents of Hayward, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo and unincorporated Alameda County for the Citizen's Advisory Committee. This committee meets four times per year and provides recommendations to the District Board of Directors, reviews District programs, reviews District park design projects and works on specific Board-directed projects.
