December 20, 2011 > Commercial Burglary Commercial Burglary Submitted By Officer Trish Young, Milpitas PD On December 10, 2011 at 4:02 am, Milpitas officers responded to a burglary alarm at Milpitas Smile Design. Upon arrival, officers found a broken glass door, entered the business and found Anthony Daniels inside. Milpitas police officers arrested Daniels without incident. Anthony Daniels was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for commercial burglary and vandalism. The Milpitas Police Department encourages the public to immediately call 911 to report in progress crimes or suspicious activities.
