October 11, 2011 > Tickets available for restaurant walk Tickets available for restaurant walk Submitted By Kim Huggett Eleven restaurants in Downtown Hayward will participate in a "Restaurant Walk" from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on October 20, 2011. This event is organized in partnership by the City of Hayward, the Chamber of Commerce and the Hayward Public Library. Participants can purchase a coupon book for $20 that entitles them that night to sample enchiladas at the Shark Shack, crab and salmon devilled eggs at Me Restaurant and Lounge, jalapeno croquettes at the Bijou Restaurant, a pint of beer at Buffalo Bill's and great food at other fine Downtown restaurants. A limited number of coupon books are available from the Hayward Public Library Main Branch at 835 C Street and from the Hayward Chamber of Commerce at 22561 Main Street, Hayward.
