October 4, 2011 > Vendors welcome at Mariachi Festival Vendors welcome at Mariachi Festival Submitted By Kim Huggett Vendors are invited to participate at the Hayward Mariachi Festival from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on October 28, 2011, at City Hall Plaza, 777 B Street, Hayward. The family-friendly event will feature music, dance, food and children's activities. The Mariachi Festival will feature performances by Costa De Oro Ballet Folklorico, Mariachi Juvenil de Hayward, Mariachi Los Halcones, Mariachi Femenil, and Mariachi Mexicanisimo.
