Dr. Marshall Zaslove returns to the Castro Valley Library on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 to present a new, free program to help you learn how to find relief from stress and find inner peace, even bliss, in these turbulent times. The program will include a short presentation and guided meditation.
Marshall Zaslove, M.D., is a Board certified psychiatrist, best-selling author and experienced seminar leader, who has presented meditation workshops in public libraries and medical centers throughout the United States.
The Castro Valley Library is a branch of the Alameda County Library system and is located at 3600 Norbridge Avenue, Castro Valley. The Library is wheel chair accessible. An ASL interpreter will be provided with ten days notice.
