July 22, 2011 > Restraining Order Arrest Restraining Order Arrest Submitted By Sgt Daryl Sequeira, Milpitas PD July 13 At approximately 12:17 a.m., Officer Kyle Sanchez was on routine patrol and noticed a man, later identified as Dexter Stacy Massa, attempting to force open a hotel room door at the Days Inn Hotel located at 270 S. Abbott Avenue. The officer detained Massa as he attempted to leave the area, and a computer check revealed he was listed as a restrained person in a restraining order. Officers went to the hotel room and made contact with the occupant who was the protected person listed on the restraining order. Dexter Stacy Massa was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for violating a restraining order.
