A national franchise urgent care center, Doctors Express, will be opening soon on Stevenson Boulevard in Newark. Tom Cusumano and Joe Gehman have partnered with Dr. Chao Sun and other physicians. Urgent care centers combine diagnosis, laboratory analysis and treatment to streamline patient care. According to information released by Doctors Express, the average wait time for service at their facilities averages 15-20 minutes and is reportedly less expensive then trips to emergency rooms. |
