June 17, 2011 > Assault with a deadly Weapon Assault with a deadly Weapon On June 12, 2011 at approximately 12:16 pm, Milpitas Police officers responded to a report of several subjects fighting at the 400 Block of Coelho Street. Officers located a 20-year-old male Milpitas resident with a blunt trauma head wound. He was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive. During the investigation, officers obtained information of a possible suspect at a residence in the 200 block Coelho Street, Milpitas. Milpitas Police Department's SWAT team responded and attempted to contact Davis. A search of the residence found no one inside. Officers subsequently identified Aaron Jonathon Davis as the suspect in this case. Davis is described as a Caucasian male, 33-year-old, 6'-01", 270 pounds, blonde hair, and blue eyes. Davis was last seen wearing a white shirt and unknown color pants. Davis may be using a mountain bike as means of transportation; his whereabouts are unknown at this time. The Milpitas Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for Davis and seeks the assistance of the public.
