Temporary reconfiguration of pedestrian pathway

BART continues work on the subway portion of the BART-to-Warm Springs Extension project through Central Park, Fremont. As part of this work, the pedestrian pathway surrounding the eastern lobe of Lake Elizabeth will be temporarily reconfigured on Friday, May 20. The reconfiguration is expected to remain in place for several months. Pedestrians will continue to be able to walk around the lake using the revised route by following signs.
To find out more about the project, the public can visit the Community Relations Field Office located in Fremont Central Park, Stevenson Boulevard, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
