Learn the best practices to create long-term growth and profitability in your dining establishment with a free seminar at the Fremont Main Library. In this class we will discover how to increase your productivity and effectiveness for accomplishing tasks, increase your gross revenue, how to manage staff and customers, and find time to tend to your life. We'll explore systems, practices and metrics to create long-term growth and profitability in your dining establishment.
The seminar will be held Thursday, May 19 from 9 a.m. to noon in the Fukaya Meeting Room.

This program is sponsored by the Alameda County Library with generous assistance from the Alameda County SBDC, the City of Fremont, and the Fremont Chamber of Commerce.
