Logitech moves HQ to Tri-Cities area

Real estate investment trust BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. announced on May 3, 2011, a new lease with Logitech, Inc. at its Pacific Research Center in Newark. Logitech, a world leader in products that connect people to digital experiences, agreed to a lease for 263,543 sq. ft. of office space through February 2023 at BioMed's multi-tenant campus in the East Bay.
During the last 12 months, BioMed has leased more than 387,000 sq. ft. at the Pacific Research Center which is a high quality campus in an excellent location attracting thriving life science and technology companies.
