The fortunate ones, who made it to the free countries, had to start a new life with two empty hands. Vietnamese women had to single-handed earn a living to raise their children in a complex society. S‰n Kh?u Vi?t Cali Performing Arts and Milpitas Public Libray proudly present a bilingual English/Vietnamese play "Mother and I" which reveals Vietnamese women's struggles to maintain Vietnamese culture within the generation gap.
