On March 11 the suspects assaulted two juveniles riding their bikes in the parking lot of the Great Mall. They rode away with the victims' bicycles. 19 year-old Milpitas Resident Johnny Phan Nguyen and a juvenile suspect were positively identified as the culprits based on information provided by victims. Both stolen bicycles have been recovered. A criminal complaint for robbery was requested from the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office against Johnny Phan Nguyen. The juvenile suspect received a criminal citation and was released.
