The resident arrived home at noon to find someone in the house. The suspect is at large. Gang Graffiti On Friday April 15, CSO Aguirre investigated two separate reports of gang graffiti in the area of Cabrillo and Frobisher. In both cases, an unknown suspect(s) spray painted several neighborhood fences. Suspect arrested for possession of controlled substance On Friday, April 15, Police arrested a 21-year-old Hayward resident for possession of controlled substance without a prescription. A 20-year-old Union City resident was also arrested for an outstanding warrant. Both arrests were made at Good Nite Inn. Officer Dudgeon is investigating the case.
