Revised Council Member Handbook. Public Comment Jim Drake thanked Police Chief Ron Ace for his help in addressing the noise from a power washer close to Drake's home. He criticized the replacement of the existing Noise Ordinance by a revised ordinance which he feels is unclear, open to subjectivity and will create uncertainty.
