Quindoy, Union City PD Union City Police found a man outside a home in the carport area at 645 F Street on Monday, January 3 at 5:08 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene after Alameda County fire personnel assessed the man's condition. The Alameda County coroner's office has identified the man as 31-year-old Ricardo Garcia, Lt. Ben Horner told TCV. The cause of death is pending an autopsy by the Alameda County Coroner's Office.
