Submitted By City of Hayward Spend at least $100 on Saturday, December 18 or Sunday, December 19, and claim a free Bag of Gifts consisting of a "Shop Hayward" re-usable grocery bag along with two free movie tickets for Hayward's Cinemark Theatre, a $10 American Express gift certificate from Southland Mall, $5 gift certificates from Bijou, Shark Shack, and Me Restaurant & Lounge in Downtown Hayward, a gift certificate for a complimentary appetizer from Applebee's, gifts from Costco, and other promotional items. Purchases must be from retailers (such as a local merchant downtown, grocery store or big box outlet) or restaurant businesses in the City of Hayward only. Gas purchases or services are excluded from this offer. Claimants should present their receipts from December 18 and/or 19 totaling $100 or more at Hayward City Hall's Information Kiosk at 777 B Street on the following Monday or Tuesday (December 20 and 21) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or Wednesday (December 22) and from 8 a.m. until noon to claim a bag.
