Daryl Sequeira, Milpitas PD Laszlo Joseph Papp, a 52-year-old Milpitas resident, was arrested for an outstanding warrant after a Milpitas Police Officer conducted an enforcement stop at Edsel Drive. A search of his vehicle revealed two small bags of marijuana. Later, during a search of his residence, officers located marijuana plants in the backyard and several pounds of marijuana, firearms and ammunition. Papp was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for possession of marijuana for sale, unlawful possession of ammunition, and possession of stolen property.
