October 12, 2010 > BART wants to hear from you BART wants to hear from you Submitted By Amanda Martin BART would like community input on it proposals for future improvements to the Hayward Yard including expansion of the yard by adding additional tracks within the existing property line and purchasing four industrial buildings to the west of the yard for maintenance and warehousing. These improvements will allow BART to maintain its fleet more effectively. Project staff from BART will present an overview of the proposals for the Hayward Maintenance Complex and seeks public opinion. The meeting is open to all.
