While most families are concerned with financing their house or saving for retirement, Special Needs families must plan for two generations: their children's as well as their own. On Thursday, October 14, at 7 p.m. Milpitas Public Library will host a free interactive forum led by Financial Advisor Jim Lugannini, who will explore strategies to effectively navigate these challenges.
